Both our stores are based in the Wellington CBD, we deliver to the full Wellington region, including lower and upper hutt. With same day delivery orders made till 5.30pm.
We also delivery our flowers all over the North Island. Order in by 3pm previous day.

We do delivery on Saturdays, please contact us for delivery regions. If you order online we will contact you if there is a problem.
We also deliver to the North Island of New Zealand, outside Wellington we like to have your order by 3pm previous day. Flowers are prepared and wet wrapped. We box them for safer transport.

Our Couriers
Our couriers are very experienced and have delivered our flowers for many years. If the recipient of the delivery is not home they will take the following steps.
Firstly try to find a safe place to leave the item, if they can't the item will be returned to the store. Another re-delivery fee will apply in some cases.
Apartments - Will require a contact number for the recipient. These are hard to gain access and items can not be left. Please tell us if you know what time the person will be home :)
If you are unhappy with your order
If you order is damaged or any other reason you are unhappy, you must contact us within 12 hours for a refund. The full product, as delivered must be returned to the store in this time. If you contact us within 48hours of delivery we can provide replacement or a voucher but once again we must have product returned. This is standard request of retail store and is not different for flowers. This also applys to all other items purchased from our store.
Card Message
We include a complementary card as part of the order, we will do our best for correct spellings of names etc but please be aware that we are human and though we do our best mistakes can be made. We prefer you email messages/deliver details through to flowersonfeatherston@gmail.com or ask the person taking the order to read back the names/message and contact details, It is your reponsibility to check these details with staff. We do not provide refunds or apology's for mistakes made in regards to messages and cards but if you have feedback we do welcome it.
